Winter Weather Policy
We recommend against using Express Saver and Ground, especially during months when extreme cold is possible. These two options prolong the time orchids are in transit, making them susceptible to harsh conditions. We can hold orders until weather warms upon request. It is up to you to notify us to hold a shipment and then notify us again when to ship it. If you are ordering an orchid in spike/bloom and your order is held, the orchid may not be in spike/bloom by the time we can ship it.
If you choose to use Express Saver or Ground, we will not be responsible for any damage that may occur to your plants. If damage occurs and you wish to file a claim with FedEx, it will be your responsibility to do so.
