This is considered a "bloom food" because it is higher in Phosphorus, the element that helps produce stronger stems and larger flowers. It will not make your plant bloom, but as you have otherwise properly cared for it, this fertilizer can enable better blooming.
Apply at the rate of 1 teaspoon/gallon of water (do not use dry) during times when blooms are to be expected. Remember that it is not a good idea to fertilize plants that have been allowed to become over dry.
