A truly unusual orchid that produces 2 distinct flower forms on the same stem (di-morph = 2 forms). the upper flowers are fragrant, but sterile, the lower flowers non-fragrant, but fertile. Flowers, to 3" in size, bloom in Spring on mostly pendant stems. The Vanda-like plants like bright light and warm temperatures (65+ to 85 degrees night to day). Our experience with Dimorphorchis lowii suggests that the plants like a coarse mix when mature and otherwise grow like Vandas.
Plants are `4-5' in leafspread in 2" rose pots ~2"X 3".
