The compact plants bear 1-4 flowers 3-3.5" in size, noted for their shapely form and sparkling texture. Because they are closely related to Cattleya (Sophronitis) coccinea, Fairyland can probably tolerate lower night temperatures (~60 +/- degrees), but days in the 80's with bright, indirect light would be best. Water and fertilize regularly; use a liquid or water soluble plant food once a month; allow the medium to dry slightly between waterings.
