Monnierara Millennium Magic 'Witchcraft' FCC/AOS

One of the famous "Black Orchids". These are mericlones of the well-known hybrid. Egg-shaped, 3" second bulbs that are blooming size in 2" rose pots. Flowers are about 3.5" in size and are held on an arching stem, up to 20 when mature. The plants like bright indirect light and temperatures of about 65 to 85 degrees night to day. Although they have leaves now, at some point in the year (usually around October) the plant will lose its leaves to begin a "rest" period. Until then, water and feed regularly. After the leaves have fallen, eliminate fertilizer and water only enough to keep the bulb from shriveling, (say once a month, if at all). When new growth appears, repot as necessary and begin to water and feed heavily-use a liquid or water soluble fertilizer twice a month. (1.31.25)
