Cattleya intermedia f. orlata

This is an easy growing medium sized, bifoliate (2 leaved) species that blooms with fragrant, long-lasting flowers in late Spring-early Summer. The plants would like bright indirect light with temperatures from around 60-65 degrees at night to the 80's during the day. Water and feed regularly using a liquid or water soluble plant food once a month and allowing the medium to dry slightly between waterings. Our plants are probably 20 years from first bloom and are ready to move up to the next pot size.
