With one of the largest flowers in the group (~2.75"), Bulbophyllum facetum is also a reliable bloomer and is non-fragrant (for those of who who might have been warned off Bulbophyllums)! The plants like partial shade and temperatures between about 65 and 85 degrees night to day. Water and fertilize regularly year-round, using a liquid or water soluble fertilize at half strength twice a month. The plants can be grown on mounts or in a bark medium with good air circulation around the roots. Flowers open in the morning and appear to fold in the afternoon (like some of us!), but reopen the next morning.
