The "Silver Aspidogyne" is sometimes considered one of the "Jewel Orchids" because it is grown primarily for its foliage. It is a cold grower and adaptable to a larger terrarium. It likes shady conditions and moist roots (not soggy). Tiny flowers appear in Spring on a short to 10" tall stem.
This is a cool grower. It would like semi-shady conditions with temperatures from about 55 to 75 degrees night to day. Water to keep the medium moist (not soggy) and add a liquid or water soluble fertilizer to the watering regimen once a month. Avoid hoy, dry, still environmental conditions.
