This is a medium sized plant with stocky pendant canes that blooms with long lasting, fragrant, 2" flowers. It grows well for us with temperatures from 60-80 in bright indirect light. The plants can be mounted to good effect or grown in baskets or shallow bulb pans. D. parishii needs a cooler, drier Winter rest and an absence of fertilizer to bloom well in Spring-Summer, but resume watering and fertilizing when new growth appears. Blooms are nicely fragrant (raspberry) and usually appear on older leafless canes.
