Here is another popular Intergeneric (hybrid between 2 different though related genera). They prefer warm nights (65 ish) and days in the 80's, with bright indirect light. As with many in the larger family, Cycnodes should have abundant water and fertilizer from the time that new growth appears until leaves begin to turn yellow and fall - usually October-November. At that time water should be reduced to just enough to keep the pseudobulbs from shriveling
While it is possible for these to bloom this year, they won't reach maturity for another year at which time they can produce more than one stem of flowers. Mature plants can have 12 or more 3" flowers that can fill your house or greenhouse with a wonderful perfume.
