Brassavola Little Stars 3" NFS
Brassavola Little Stars
(nodosa X subulifolia)
Always popular, Brassavola Little Stars is an easy growing, vigorous primary hybrid (hybrid between 2 species) that is both floriferous and fragrant! The flowers are about 4" across and are fragrant mostly during the evening and early morning.
Ours are planted in NZ bark and should begin blooming soon. They do better at around 65 degrees at night and 85 or so during the day with bright indirect light. Allow the plants to dry slightly between waterings; add a liquid or water soluble fertilizer to the water twice a month. They do not like old, broken down media.
Most of the Brassavola species and hybrids. including Little Stars, also make excellent mounted specimens!
NEAR FLOWERING SIZE, BUT NOT YET IN BUD OR BLOOM!!
