In nature, Phal. sanderiana is found on moss covered branches as a pendant growing epiphyte. It like indirect light (shade), and warm temperatures. Like Phal. schilleriana it is also best grown mounted on cork or other suitable medium or in a basket due to its pendant habit. Phal. sanderiana is a Spring to late Summer bloomer with, again, pendant sometimes branched stems holding 15-20 3-3.5" flowers. Water evenly year-round and add a liquid or water soluble fertilizer to your care regime twice a month.
