Paphiopedilum (Pinocchio X Chiu Hua Dancer) 4"
Paphiopedilum (Pinocchio X Chiu Hua Dancer)
A very interesting new and, as yet unnamed hybrid*. Use your imagination! The parents are shown to the right. Pinocchio is a hybrid between P. (glaucophyllum and primulinum) while Chui Hua Dancer is P. gigantifolium X sanderianum).
These should be relatively easy growing as the Pinocchio parent is also. They would prefer warm conditions (55-85 degree night to day) with dappled light and should be kept slightly moist at the roots. Add a liquid or water soluble fertilizer to the water at least once a month. (See ours in the "Supplies" section)
VERY LIMITED! NEAR FLOWERING SIZE - NOT CURRENTLY IN BUD OF FLOWER!!
*NOTE: The two names in parenthesis indicate an as yet unnamed hybrid. Should you bloom yours before a name is registered with the RHS and wish to propose a name, it is required (and gracious) to ask permission of the originator to do so.
