This is a small to medium sized plant that likes dappled light and warm (60-85 degrees night-day) temperatures, good humidity and regular watering and fertilizing. Flowers that appear in Spring, are 1-2" across, waxy, long-lived and fragrant (orange). Flower stems to 18" are pendant, sometimes branched and may display many open flowers at a time. The plants are best grown in hang baskets or mounted on cork slabs or other suitable material because of their pendant habit.
