Dendrobium Summerwine 4"
Dendrobium Summerwine
(Paskal Kuning 'Sheldon's Delight' AM/AOS X lasianthera)
In the pictures to the right, you can see both parents. Bottom center is Den. Paskal Kuning, a compact plant with 2.3" flowers; to its right is Dendrobium lasianthera, a large growing plant from New Guinea with stems of 2.5" flowers.
This is a seedling cross and therefore you should expect some variability. The flower pictured to the right above was the first to bloom; it was about 2.3" across on a stem of 9 flowers.
Summerwine would like warm temperatures (65-85 degrees night to day), bright light with regular watering and fertilizing. They are planted in New Zealand orchid bark for fast draining.
LIMITED! NEAR FLOWERING SIZE, BUT NOT CURRENTLY IN SPIKE, BUD OR FLOWER.
