These are the larger flowered (~4-6") hybrid Paphs, sometimes referred to a "Bulldogs". They typically have shiny green leaves and grow with cooler temperatures than their mottled-leaved cousins. Nights of 50-55 will do with days in the 70's; light should be subdued though early morning or late afternoon sun are OK. Aim for moist, not soggy roots.
These are ideal houseplant orchids and while they typically bloom once a year, the flowers are long-lasting and while they are usually produced singly, a mature, multi-growth plant can produce more than one at a time.
