Robiquetia cerina Yellow

A very unusual, warm growing (65-85 degrees night-day) epiphyte* of medium size. Robiquetia cerina also like bright indirect light with regular watering and fertilizing year-round. Flowers are small (.25") and occur in multi-flowered clusters to 4" long on a pendant stem at any time of year. Our are established in NZ pine bark, but you may also wish to grow them mounted on a piece of cork bark, tree fern or other suitable material (do not use oceanic driftwood unless it has been thoroughly leached of salt).
The picture at the lower left shows a blooming plant; our offering is shown at the bottom right. Estimate 1-2 years to flowering size. Plants can be bloomed with 4-5 sets of leaves.
A red form will be offered in a few weeks.
