Oncidium Witch's Jewels 'Ivory Lips'

(Reversion X Ron's Rippling Delight)


2" flowers with unusual coloring for an Oncidium are held aloft on a medium spike. Like many Oncidium-types "Jewels" would like bright indirect light. It will grow well under intermediate conditions, i.e. 60-ish degrees to 85 degrees night to day; water and fertilize regularly, but avoid keeping the sphagnum moss medium constantly soggy - aim for just moist. (See our fertilizer offerings in the "Supplies" section of the website). They have an "orange blossom" fragrance.

Shipping Policy

Holiday Shipping Schedule 2025/2026Please note the following adjustments to our shipping schedule during the holiday season:
Limited Shipping Weeks:
  • Thanksgiving Week: November 24
  • Christmas Week: December 22
  • New Year’s Week: December 29
During these weeks, only Overnight, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping options will be available.
FedEx Express Saver service will be unavailable from November 24 through January 4 due to the holidays on November 27, December 25, and January 1.
Any FedEx Express Saver shipments received during this period will ship out January 5.
UPS Shipping Deadlines:
  • All UPS 3-Day Select orders must be placed by Monday at 10:00 AM PST (11/24, 12/22, or 12/29) to ship that week.
    Orders placed after that time will ship the following Monday.
Final Shipping Cutoffs:
  • 2-Day Shipping: November 24, December 22, December 29
  • Overnight Shipping: November 25, December 23, December 30
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to place orders early to ensure timely delivery!
- Plants are packed with great care, however we cannot guarantee flowers, buds, sheaths or spikes once the package leaves the nursery.
- We offer local pick up at the nursery in Portola Valley
- We ship in the continental US only. WE DO NOT SHIP TO HAWAII.
- We ship on Monday – Tuesday.
- If a payment is received after 9:00 AM PST Tuesday, we may ship the item the following Monday.
- We use Fedex and UPS to ship product orders.
- P.O. boxes are not accepted, you must have a physical address.
- Each purchase may be shipped separately.
- We do not ship floral arrangements, Local SF peninsula delivery van service only - by arrangement.

Express Service will ship on Mondays only because it takes 5 working days to deliver and UPS does not deliver on the weekend. Please take this into consideration when you choose Express Service.

Any inclement weather delays for any level of shipping, that includes overnight, is beyond Brookside Orchids control.

If you feel there may be an issue with extreme heat or cold en route, please contact us if you need to put a hold on shipping.

Time to arrival/delivery quotes are generated on our website by FedEx and UPS, not Brookside Orchids.  FedEx and UPS quotes are when they pick up packages from Brookside Orchids. Also keep in mind the package will not travel in a direct route but rather from one shipping hub to another.

​NOTE: We do not ship to Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Winter Weather Policy

We recommend against using UPS 3 Day Select and FedEx Express Service, especially during months when extreme cold is possible. These two options prolong the time orchids are in transit, making them susceptible to harsh conditions. We can hold orders until weather warms upon request. It is up to you to notify us to hold a shipment and then notify us again when to ship it. If you are ordering an orchid in spike/bloom and your order is held, the orchid may not be in spike/bloom by the time we can ship it.

If you choose to use UPS 3 Day Select and FedEx Express Service, we will not be responsible for any damage that may occur to your plants. If damage occurs and you wish to file a claim with UPS, it will be your responsibility to do so.
