Dendrobium tannii 2" FS
species - Papua and New Guinea
Also called Dendrobium bracteosum var. tannii, this is a miniature form of the larger Den. bracteosum. It may flower at any time Spring-Fall on mature leafed or leafless canes. Flowers are fragrant and long-lasting and tend to open a pale pink only to color up as the flowers age, but long before they are through.
Dendrobium tannii would prefer bright indirect light, warm temperatures (65 - 85 degrees) with regular watering and fertilizing (see ours in the "Supplies" section). Keep in mind that these plants are in small pots and may dry out faster than those in larger containers.
These are small plants, but are, nevertheless flowering size - NOT CURRENTLY IN FLOWER!
