Clowesetum Rebecca Express 4" NBS
Clowesetum Rebecca Express
(Cl. Rebecca Northen X Ctsm. expansum)
Who would have expected this? Cl. Rebecca Northen is a delicate, small flower with a citrus fragrance while Catasetum expansum is a large color variable flower.
Like all of the plants in this group, Rebecca Express should receive bright indirect light and watering to keep the medium moist (not soggy). Regular fertilizing should also be done until Fall. Warm night temperatures (60 degrees and up) are best. When leaves begin to drop, restrict water and fertilizer to just enough to keep the mature bulb from becoming completely dry.
When new growth begins to appear (possibly early as late Winter) repot the plant as needed and resume water and fertilizer.
These plants are NOT currently in bloom, but should flower this year if cared for properly.
