Here's a lovely cold tolerant orchid (to 40 degrees here) that's a Winter/Spring bloomer that can, when full grown, produce multiple stems with 6-12 fragrant flowers per stem. While it can tolerate cold (for those without greenhouses), it can also grow as an intermediate (55 degrees at night). Try growing it with your Cymbidiums. Give regular water and fertilizer, lessening somewhat during cooler wetter weather. Dappled sun or light shade would also be ideal.
