Certainly one of the best known Miltonias around, Bert Field features deep crimson red, ~3.5" flowers. In general, Miltonias like bright indirect light. a cool, breezy environment and moist roots. The main problem in growing them is that they are often given the opposite, the main evidence being crinkled to crumpled new growths. Keep them from hot, dry, still locations. Water and feed regularly; use a liquid or water soluble plant food once a month. Ours are planted in NZ sphagnum moss that is ideal for moisture retention, but avoid allowing to stay continuously soggy.
